
Sometimes it’s hard to differentiate between what's pain and what we might be turning into suffering, given our beliefs, past experiences, or patterns that may feel outside of our control. Talking to someone can often provide a different perspective—reflecting your self back to you in a clearer way. My approach draws from mindfulness, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), collaboratively helping you gain a better perspective on yourself and your life.
