About Me

Alongside my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, my approach has been shaped by my own long-term exploration of healing and self-inquiry. This has included counselling, meditation retreats such as Vipassana, contemplative study through programs like Teacher of Presence with Eckhart Tolle, School of The Work with Byron Katie, and RAIN by Tara Brach, as well as other experiential forms of inner exploration. Through these experiences, I’ve come to believe that while many approaches offer insight or relief, the most lasting healing comes from deeply understanding ourselves, our patterns, beliefs, and inner worlds.

I offer a grounded space where you can explore what’s unfolding in your life at a pace that feels aligned for you. I’ve worked with individuals navigating a range of challenges, from anxiety, stress or burnout, substance use, the impact of difficult life experiences, or simply wanting to better understand the patterns that shape their lives. I've also worked with couples who genuinely want things to improve, but find themselves stuck in cycles where they feel unheard or unseen. My role is to gently reflect your self back to you, as a mirror, helping you see yourself better and get a clearer picture of what might be unfolding beneath the surface.

From there, sessions often focus on helping you understand the deeper layers of beliefs and relational patterns that quietly shape how you relate to yourself and others. As this work unfolds, a witness perspective begins to emerge: you develop the ability to notice thoughts, emotions, and patterns as they arise, without feeling overwhelmed, reactive, or defined by them. I'm here to walk alongside you in this process, supporting you in rebuilding trust in yourself and, for couples, helping create a safer, more connected way of relating to one another.
